A Color Kiss

Somewhere Joe says that he's all about the color. And that once in a while an angel hands him a good one.

The Ken Trueman Center is an alcohol and recovery treatment center. Now that right there makes this right here an angel swoop if ever there was one.

When I saw the red pickup coming, I got nervous; I pooched it, sacrificing some focus for the bird in the hand. Oh well. It's still a kiss. Just a bit of a sloppy one. And that ain't bad.

Sorry so sloppy......Joe. (Good gawd, I'm funny.)

So, I think, but I'm not sure...that perhaps we've been left a CLUE. Deputy, make haste over to mon blog and partake of said clue.
As for this rainbow, how apropos, for dear Joe, who we all know, loves a good rainbow.
You am de sweetest dang fella. I tell ya.

BLUE TSG: Ew. A clue? This new is from you. What else can I do? But attend to the goo. But who? Just who? For to know what is true, would please us two. Yea, if only Sir Jeaux would show through.

Hoo boy . . . you missed your calling in the Rap genre. (I find it difficult to use rap and genre in the same sentence but, never the less...) ;-) I left a little "sluthiness" in your last star/seagull entry regarding the famous ( or is that infamous ) celebrity, that of which Joe dallied. ( or is that dittled? ) I imagine it will be more comic relief than helpful.

Nice rainbow. I once, saw two of them simultaneously when I was in Ireland some years ago.

Fabulous in excelsis Deo!You caught a trout, mon viex, an angel kiss. The drawers of America are stuffed with perfectly focused, perfectly forgettable snapshots. You've caught a glimpse... exhilarating isn't it.

Un angel con una promesa y un beso.

You have impeccable timing, my friend, Gawpo.

Your lovely comments on my blog made me blush. Yes, I can draw nude men, but your words bring out the scarleta on my cheeks. ;)

I hear a.. ..choir of angel voices ..in the back ground.. I DO I REALLY DO!...thanks for stopping by . Are the colors in my photos looking bright? On My 'puter they don't, but it has been very BIG sunshine around here. Well, except for the past hour when WE had SEVERE weather! BIG TORNADOES! BIG RAIN! It looked like a ROCKSTAR LIGHT SHOW! over 50 lightning strikes in one area. Strobe effects! .. Aieee..I am not in Kansas anymore!

Hello
In the evenings I like to relax without having to interact with people direct (do that all day) so I read in bed - or - search your and Gawpo's blog(s) for more clues to the clues (if you know what I mean cause I don't know what you do.

Somewhere Joe's beach photos are lovely to peruse too. Love the music he plays with them as well.

Besides that I like to visit your site to click the hunger site tag

BUTCH: Goodness, you are an oh so funny friend, friend! I'm still laughing out loud over the Rap/genre comment. Yes. One finds that a collision at best. Of the two, I prefer dallied. I like that. Never have used it in that context, but now that I know we can, I'm using it. Lots. Like maybe even at work tomorrow. No one will get it when I say, "Well, Dally you!" And thank you for the CSI morsel. Believe me, Blue and I are side-barring ourselves into overtime in direct emails. We need all the collaboration we can get.

Dayle Hinman, you out there?

JEAUX: Exhilerating. Yeah. That's the word. That's what it was. Is.

This was actually a double bow. You can sorta see the faded outer band if you know it's there. This is beyond fun, you know. I thank you. Cuz I am on fye-uh with desigh-uh.

SCARLET: You are so sweet to say such a thing. You really are good. Can't wait for more of your work to appear as you develop what I know I never will--the ability to draw.

Yo he ido a al misa en el idioma de lo que hablamos aqui de unos vezes. Y tenia yo mucho, pero no todas las palabras. Practica conmigo, mi amiga.

PAMMERS: I can hear them too now that you have mentioned them. Nice. We did hear about the tornado in Atlanta. Wowzers. Charleston, too? You will have to cross Kansas to get here, ya know. Or at least overfly it. w00t!

LIMERS OF THE TYE-DYE-EYE: Yes. Almost trinitarian. The rainbow is the Holy Spirit. The truck is Jesus cuz it's truckin' along. The house with many mansions, well....that's Daddy's pad. Thanks for the glimpse into the neo-theological wave of the future.

ELLIE: I so dig you. That's some 50s American beatnik for you to contemplate. I did see your bi-located comment over on Blue's blog. I get to enjoy it here as well. You really could have just said you meant to do it and none would be the wiser.

No progress on digging my little Skut out of the old pottery studio. Once I do that, I can get to bisque firing the mugs. But you are patient, I do hope.

CRAFTY: Your comment simply echoes what is going on in there. Thank you for that. G

Simply lovely. Those photography angels must have had a lot of kisses to spare this week. I set up a generic shot of the ocean and some waves, but it was plain ol' ordinary.

I snapped the photo and set off down the beach looking for more spectacular wonders -- which I found. But later, as I sorted through the pics, I discovered a sea bird had dropped into the frame. I caught it in flight. Had I tried to do that ....

I'll post the photo later this evening.

You must WIN glass bead. You cannot simply just ask. No.

Don't you just love them? I sure miss Rhonda and her "special tricks" that you taught her. Thank you for that video. I have to stop laughing because I need to work in the morning. I might just be cracking up all night. Total abandon to the cause. Wish you were here. We need to hook up before we get dead.

JENNIFER: Skim on, Sister! You and I both keep late hours. I do have one with a pot of gold that I shall publish soon. You won't believe what the pot turns out to be. Didn't realize what I had until many views later. "Don't it always seem to go...that you don't know what you've got til you stumble on it?" Joni Mitchell (or something like that) Cheers!

ELLIE: Busy isn't even close to the word I would use to describe my insane work push. Better than crawling into a bottle of gin, I suppose. Wait. I take that back!

Thank you for your patience. I have been promising Blue something in the mail for over a year now. Had it in the car. Went to the packing place. They closed at 5:00. I got there at 5:03. I was THAT close!

Next day off is the 27th, but will be in California until the 31st and then back to work. So my next real day off here won't be until some day in early April.

LIMERS: Yeah. Isn't that just a much better model? I'm goin' with it, too. We are so revolutionary. We rawk!

BUTCH: I love where you're going with that. But with Joe, we just don't know. I suppose, though, it could be Cho.

CHEESELIPS: Here's one for you: Mwuah--slurp.

Minimum was $1.65 per hour. The Folino brothers owned it. Joe was an actor from Hollywood. He called me three days ago to make sure I was coming. w00t!

Okay. I will let you in on the inside part of what is meant: When you come across a particularly rare and nearly impossible coordination of beauty, and you happen to have your camera AND your wits about you, you are handed just this one quick glimpse and a split second to make the decision to capture the scene. How's that? Angel kiss.

SOMEWHERE JOE: This one has melon undertones with a peppery finish. Swirl. Tink.
