BUTCH: Bene mio fratello. Sì, sì. L'Italia è molto bella. Ed amichevole. Felice Pasqua!

QUILLS: (wipes sweat from brow) Whew. Thank you, thank you veh much.

SOMEWHERE JOE: Brings it all back. So did last night's liturgy. Wow. I am so there in the risen. And with you in it all. Happy Easter, my brother Jeaux.

CHEESELOVE: Yay. I remember my own dial up drudge. Yuk. We of the rural way know it all too well. Peace abounds today. I got sent home early and am happy about it. Slow day in the slammer and plenty of help. No one called in sick. Happy Easter!

SCARLETA: Me gusta mucho cuando usted me escribe en español. Usted sabe esto. Feliz Pascua!

Cordero de Dios: Da nos la paz.

PS: Just goes to show that they are not the bells that unite us; they just remind us. No matter who. No matter where. No matter what. Let human ring.

CANDACIA: Ok. Lent is over. Now back on your head. (do you know that joke?) Hoppy Easter from this Wester. Very bunny, Cancace. Very bunny.

MINDANCE: You are SO correct. But that's the camera's doing. Not mine, of course. Rrrrriiiiggghhhhht.....

COOPIE-DOOPIE: Wow. I love that you had happen to you what they make happen to me. We are united at the bell, friend. I love how you said that. Sigh.....

LIMERS: w00t! I was pretty excited when it actually worked. And it worked after I figured out what I was doing wrong the first couple of times. Got a new wrinkle in the 'ol brain.

SHEILER: Glad you like it, though. And Easter was mysterious and faith-filled. Hope yours happened so. xo, G

Love the bells Gawpo - you were in Italy. Lucky thing!

Isn't it great to hear the bells after all those weeks of silence.

We don't 'do' church bells here in NZ as well as in Europe. One of the things I miss from my childhood.

PS Have also been thinking about the Easter procesions we used to have as kids. A wooden stick with a cross on top - on that a plaited ring of bread and a rooster (also bread) decorated with easter eggs in between. I'll have to try and draw it for you. Such a playful yet holy experience.

Did I hear eight or nine strokes following the prelude? The lighting suggests the former.

I am in love with this video.
My kingdom for a civilized city. You've managed to capture the essence here. Cyclists. Walkers. Lovers. Cute people. Bells chiming rhythmically. I am enraptured by this place you call Italy.
I must go.
